Banana Bread Cold Brew

Like banana bread and coffee had a love child. Sweet, spiced, and totally irresistible.
Ingredients
- Ice (approx. 100g)
- 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate
- 40ml cold water
- Banana syrup (8ml or to taste)
- Banana bread cold foam
- Fresh banana slice + cinnamon sugar (garnish)
Instructions
- Add Ice
- Add banana syrup
- Pour 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate
- Add 40ml water and stir
- Float banana bread cold foam on top. (approx. 40ml)
- Garnish with fresh banana slice and dust with cinnamon sugar
Cold Foam Prep. (Per Drink)
- 40ml Thickened Cream
- 20ml Full-Cream Milk,
- 8ml Banana Syrup
- Pinch of Cinnamon Sugar.
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a jar, shaker, or glass.
- Use a hand-held frother to mix on high for 30–60 seconds until thick but still pourable.
Banana Bread Syrup
- 1 Ripe Banana (mashed)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Simmer mashed banana, brown sugar, water, and cinnamon for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain out the pulp (or blend it for a thicker syrup).
- Stir in vanilla, let cool, and store in the fridge for up to a week
Barista Tips
Slice banana just before service to prevent browning. Use dried banana chips as alternative.
