Banana Bread Cold Brew

Like banana bread and coffee had a love child. Sweet, spiced, and totally irresistible.

Ingredients

  • Ice (approx. 100g)
  • 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 40ml cold water
  • Banana syrup (8ml or to taste)
  • Banana bread cold foam
  • Fresh banana slice + cinnamon sugar (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add Ice
  2. Add banana syrup
  3. Pour 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate 
  4. Add 40ml water and stir
  5. Float banana bread cold foam on top. (approx. 40ml)
  6. Garnish with fresh banana slice and dust with cinnamon sugar

Cold Foam Prep. (Per Drink)

  • 40ml Thickened Cream
  • 20ml Full-Cream Milk,
  • 8ml Banana Syrup
  • Pinch of Cinnamon Sugar.

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar, shaker, or glass.
  2. Use a hand-held frother to mix on high for 30–60 seconds until thick but still pourable.

Banana Bread Syrup

  • 1 Ripe Banana (mashed)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Simmer mashed banana, brown sugar, water, and cinnamon for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Strain out the pulp (or blend it for a thicker syrup).
  3. Stir in vanilla, let cool, and store in the fridge for up to a week

Barista Tips

Slice banana just before service to prevent browning. Use dried banana chips as alternative.
