For all transactions, the seller is razacoffee.com.au, an Australian business supplying specialty coffee and latte powders. All transactions made through razacoffee.com.au are subject to these terms and conditions and relevant Australian law. By making a purchase on our site, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

By purchasing on razacoffee.com.au, you acknowledge that products may sell out between the time you add them to your cart and when your payment is processed. If a product is out of stock, we will refund your payment and notify you within eight (8) business days. No compensation or damages can be claimed for out-of-stock items.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

We ship via Australia Post or courier, and your order will arrive within a maximum of eight (8) business days after payment is confirmed, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Initially, we only ship within Australia. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). All deliveries require a signature on receipt. For remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel orders or apply additional terms (such as minimum order amounts). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS

We may offer free shipping for a limited time. For some locations, free shipping may not apply, and you’ll need to pay the shipping cost, which will be calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
