Cold Gold hazelnut cold brew coffee with foam topping and crushed hazelnuts

Cold Gold

Smooth, bold, and just a little nutty. Like a cold brew in its Sunday best.

Ingredients

  • Ice (approx.100g)
  • 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 40ml water
  • Hazelnut syrup (to taste)
  • Hazelnut cold foam
  • Crushed hazelnuts (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. Add 40ml Raza Cold Brew + 40ml water (optional)
  3. Add hazelnut syrup (8ml or to taste) and stir gently
  4. Float hazelnut cold foam on top (pour slowly, close to surface)
  5. Garnish with crushed hazelnuts

Barista Tips

Keep foam pourable (not too aerated). Pour from low height for clean float.

Hazelnut Cold Foam Recipe (Per Drink): 40ml Thickened Cream, 20ml Full-Cream Milk, 8ml Hazelnut Syrup.
