Chocolate Indulgence cold brew with chocolate cold foam and cocoa powder garnish

Deluxe Iced Mocha

Chocolate on chocolate with a shot of attitude. Pure indulgence, iced.

Ingredients

  • Ice (approx. 100g)
  • 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 40ml full-cream milk
  • 1 scoop (25g) drinking chocolate powder
  • Chocolate cold foam
  • Cocoa powder (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add milk (about ⅓ glass)
  2. Add drinking chocolate powder and stir until dissolved
  3. Add ice 
  4. Pour 40ml Raza over the chocolate milk
  5. Float chocolate cold foam on top (approx. 40ml)
  6. Dust with cocoa powder

Barista Tips

Pre-mix chocolate with small amount of hot water for faster dissolving.

Chocolate Cold Foam Recipe (Per Drink): 40ml Thickened Cream, 20ml Full-Cream Milk, 8ml Drinking Chocolate.
