Ingredients
- Ice (approx. 100g)
- 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate
- 40ml water desired strength
- Pistachio syrup (8ml or to taste)
- Pistachio cold foam
- Crushed pistachios (garnish)
Instructions
- Fill glass with ice
- Add 40ml Raza Cold Brew + 40ml water (optional)
- Add pistachio syrup and stir
- Float pistachio cold foam on top (40ml approx.)
- Garnish with crushed pistachios

Use quality pistachio syrup for natural color. Avoid neon green—aim for subtle pale green.
