Raza Pistachio Cold Brew

Nutty, creamy, and Instagram-worthy. A Middle Eastern twist on cold brew.

Ingredients

  • Ice (approx. 100g)
  • 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 40ml water desired strength
  • Pistachio syrup (8ml or to taste)
  • Pistachio cold foam
  • Crushed pistachios (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. Add 40ml Raza Cold Brew + 40ml water (optional)
  3. Add pistachio syrup and stir
  4. Float pistachio cold foam on top (40ml approx.)
  5. Garnish with crushed pistachios

Barista Tips

Use quality pistachio syrup for natural color. Avoid neon green—aim for subtle pale green.

Pistachio Cold Foam Recipe (Per Drink): 40ml Thickened Cream, 20ml Full-Cream Milk, 8ml Pistachio Syrup.
