Ingredients
- Ice (approx. 100g)
- 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate
- 40ml water
- Vanilla syrup (8ml)
- Hazelnut syrup (optional, 5ml)
- Mascarpone-style cold foam
- Cocoa powder (generous dust)
Instructions
- Fill glass with ice
- Add 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate + 40ml water (optional)
- Add vanilla syrup (and optional hazelnut) and stir
- Float mascarpone-style cold foam on top (thick layer)
- Generously dust with cocoa powder (signature look)
