Tiramisu Cold Brew

Dessert in a glass. Rich, indulgent, and unforgettable.

Ingredients

  • Ice (approx. 100g)
  • 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 40ml water
  • Vanilla syrup (8ml)
  • Hazelnut syrup (optional, 5ml)
  • Mascarpone-style cold foam
  • Cocoa powder (generous dust)

Instructions

  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. Add 40ml Raza Cold Brew Concentrate + 40ml water (optional)
  3. Add vanilla syrup (and optional hazelnut) and stir
  4. Float mascarpone-style cold foam on top (thick layer)
  5. Generously dust with cocoa powder (signature look)

Mascarpone-Style Cold Foam Recipe (Per Drink): 40ml Thickened Cream, 20ml Full-Cream Milk, 8ml Vanilla Syrup, 5ml Hazelnut Syrup.
