How to Set Up Your Wholesale Account

Welcome to RAZA Wholesale

Thank you for your interest in partnering with RAZA Specialty Coffee Roasters. Follow these simple steps to set up your wholesale account and start accessing our premium coffee products at wholesale pricing.

STEP 1 – Create your account & password

  1. Go to our account registration page: https://razacoffee.com.au/account/register
  2. Register using this email: [customer_email]
  3. Create your password and click Create Account / Sign Up.

STEP 2 – Log in to your customer account

  1. Go to the login page: https://razacoffee.com.au/account/login
  2. Log in with your email ([customer_email]) and the password you just created.

Once you are logged in, you will be on your Customer Account Portal.

 

STEP 3 – Navigate to the Wholesale Portal

  1. From your customer portal, click on the RAZA logo in the top left corner. This will take you to the RAZA home page.

  1. On the home page, click the menu icon (three horizontal lines ☰) in the top left corner.

  1. In the menu, scroll down to the bottom and select the last option: "Wholesale Portal".

STEP 4 – Start shopping with wholesale pricing

Once you are in the Wholesale Portal, you can:

  • View all wholesale-only products.
  • See your discounted wholesale pricing.
  • Use Quick Order buttons to add products directly to your cart.
  • Complete your order as normal at checkout.

 

Note: As long as you are logged in with [customer_email], your wholesale pricing will automatically apply at checkout.
