      How long does my Cold Brew stay fresh?

      It stays fresh for 4 weeks from the production date. As a fresh, natural product with no preservatives, it must always be kept refrigerated (below 4°C). The recommended date is printed on the bottle.

      How much concentrate should I use per cup?

      It depends on your style. Recommended serve: 1 part concentrate + 2 parts water or milk (about 40–50 ml of concentrate). Then adjust to taste: more concentrate for a stronger coffee.

      Why does it need refrigeration? Is that a bad thing?

      Quite the opposite: it's proof that it's fresh. There are no preservatives or stabilisers to give it shelf life. It's real coffee — you treat it the way you'd treat a fresh juice or fresh food. That's exactly the difference from supermarket concentrates.

      Where do the beans come from?

      We use a premium blend of three origins: Brazil, Colombia and Costa Rica. We chose these origins because they naturally produce the notes of chocolate, malt and raw sugar that make our cold brew so smooth and easy to drink.

      What makes RAZA coffee different?

      Most concentrates use cheap filler beans and load them with preservatives or flavourings to mask the taste. RAZA is pure specialty coffee: high-quality beans, filtered water and nothing else. Plus our bottle is bigger (700 ml) and stronger (1:6 ratio), giving you up to 17 café-quality drinks. Better value and better flavour.

      Does it work with milk drinks (latte, oat milk)?

      It was actually designed for that. The intense chocolate and malt profile cuts through milk perfectly, so it doesn't taste watery like other cold brews. Mix 1 part concentrate with 2 parts milk (dairy, oat or almond) for a café-style iced latte at home.
